MEININGER Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PR & Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's reputation, visibility, and overall internal and external communication strategies.

YOUR TASKS

Drive the execution and further development of the PR strategy which aims at positively positioning our brand in our key markets and increase brand awareness
Communicate, guide and collaborate with our PR agency and advise stakeholders on how to communicate most effectively
Manage the implementation, execution and further development of the internal communications strategy and processes in conjunction with internal stakeholders
Manage and counsel internal stakeholders who require PR and internal communications support
Create and implement internal and external communication campaigns, support general marketing and company initiatives (like CSR) leveraging PR opportunities
Ensure all internal and external distributed communication messages are consistent, apply our brand voice and reflect MEININGER’s values
Be point of contact for media inquiries, foster sustainable relationships with journalists, influencers, and other relevant external stakeholders
Support the development and execution of a strong crisis communication strategy

YOUR PROFILE

3-5 years of working experience as a PR or Communications Manager and a passion for brand communication
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field preferred
Creative forward thinker with experience in managing external PR agencies within an international environment
Demonstrated experience of an integrated approach to PR and communications (content, social media, influencers, media partnership etc.)
Excellent written, proof-reading and verbal communication skills in German and English with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including MS Office, PR management systems, survey and social media management platforms.
Experience in crisis management and issues communication is a plus
